Benefit Analyzer is an ad-hoc, online management tool that enables clients and their brokers to monitor the performance of their health benefits plan. All claim elements are available for reporting through this tool, which is updated with new claim data nightly and PBM data monthly. Employers and their brokers stay in touch with benefit utilization and other relevant data by selecting the date range (down to the day), the data elements to be reviewed (hundreds of elements available), and the format for the report. Executive overview reports compare client specific data to normative data. The tool may also be used to “drill-down” to find individual data elements, and to identify trends in utilization. The reports can be generated in minutes including graphs, charts, and other management/presentation tools.
